Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy for every stage and every need

We work in different areas of physiotherapy. In all of them we start with an individual assessment and clearly explain what we propose and why.

General physiotherapy

For everyday aches and pains, such as back, neck or shoulders, and to recover movement with a clear plan.

Sports and trauma

For sports injuries, sprains, fractures or recovery after surgery, with a gradual return to activity.

Neurological

For people with nervous system conditions that affect movement, balance or everyday independence.

Invasive

Dry needling and ultrasound-guided neuromodulation, applied by a physiotherapist with specific training and guided by ultrasound.

Women’s health

Women’s health

Some stages and situations are hard to talk about. We see you with time, respect and clear language, so you feel comfortable from the very first appointment.

Pelvic floor

Pelvic floor assessment and physiotherapy during pregnancy, postpartum and menopause, for urinary leakage, pelvic pain or discomfort during sex, or whenever you notice that something has changed.

Movement at every stage

Reformer Pilates sessions, led by physiotherapists, are adapted to your stage of life after an individual assessment.

Dermato-functional physiotherapy

Dermato-functional physiotherapy

Dermato-functional physiotherapy looks after the skin and tissues: scars, recovery after surgery and facial and body aesthetic treatments.

In aesthetic physiotherapy we work on the tone and appearance of the skin of the face and body with INDIBA radiofrequency. It is always applied by a physiotherapist, after an assessment and with realistic goals.

Our way of working

Movement with clinical judgement

Moving well is not just about exercising. It is about doing the right exercise, in the right amount and at the right time.

That is why every process starts with an individual assessment. With it, we adapt the work to your history and your needs, and adjust it as you progress.

Assessment

Before we start, we listen and assess. That way we know where we are starting from.

Adaptation

Exercises, loads and pace designed for you, not for the average.

Follow-up

We review how you respond and adjust the plan when needed.

Team

Physiotherapists who work as a team

A team of physiotherapists with different specialisations, who share information and coordinate whenever your case needs it.
