Restoring function, not just relieving pain

After an injury or an operation, the goal is not only for the pain to go away. It is to get back to what you used to do, whether that is training, competing, working or moving without fear.

That is why we combine treatment with an exercise progression adapted to each phase, and we explain at every stage what you can do and what to expect. If you play sport, we take your discipline and goals into account.

Who is it for?

These are some of the most common reasons people come to see us. If yours isn’t listed, write to us and we’ll advise you.

  • Sprains and muscle injuries
  • Tendinopathies and overload
  • Recovery after fractures
  • Recovery after surgery (for example knee, shoulder or ankle)
  • Reconditioning and gradual return to sport
  • Recurring pain when training

How we work

1. Assessment

We review how the injury happened, which phase you are in and what you need to get back to your activity.

2. Phased plan

Treatment and exercise adapted to each stage of recovery, with clear goals.

3. Return to activity

We increase the load gradually and check that you are ready before taking the next step.

Depending on the injury and the recovery phase, we combine techniques such as:

  • Musculoskeletal ultrasound
  • Myofascial techniques and manual therapy
  • Structural and visceral osteopathy
  • Dry needling
  • Ultrasound-guided neuromodulation
  • Electrical stimulation and biofeedback
  • INDIBA radiofrequency
  • Manual lymphatic drainage
  • Therapeutic exercise

Who will see you

You will be seen by Javier Galindo, a physiotherapist specialising in sports, musculoskeletal and invasive physiotherapy.
