What sets us apart

A different kind of Pilates, rooted in physiotherapy

Cadillac Reformer

We work with the Cadillac Reformer: the classic reformer combined with the Cadillac frame (tower, bars and springs). It allows many more exercises, supports and variations to adapt every movement to you.

Never more than 4 people

We work in individual, duo, trio or group-of-4 sessions: never more than four people per session. That way the physiotherapist can observe, correct and adapt each person’s work throughout the whole session.

Always a physiotherapist

Every session is led by a physiotherapist, not a fitness instructor. Someone who knows the body, injuries and how to progress safely.

Pilates from a professional perspective

Here, Reformer Pilates is not a gym class. Every session starts from how you move, what you need and where you are right now.

The machines allow very precise adjustment of the resistance, support and range of each exercise. With such small groups and a physiotherapist in charge, that means very close attention: careful technique, adaptations if you have any discomfort and an orderly progression, whether you are starting from scratch or already have experience.

Formats

Choose how you want to train

All formats take place on the Cadillac Reformer and are led by a physiotherapist. What changes is the level of individual attention and the group dynamic.

Individual

The whole session designed for you. In addition to the Cadillac Reformer, in individual sessions we also work with the chair and the barrel, to broaden the repertoire and adapt it even further.

Who it’s for: if you are a beginner, coming back from an injury or want the most personalised work.

Duo

Two people and almost one-to-one attention. Ideal to share with your partner, a family member or a friend.

Who it’s for: if you want very close attention in good company.

Trio

A very small group that combines personal follow-up with the motivation of training with others.

Who it’s for: if you already know the basics and want to keep progressing.

Group of 4

Four people, our largest group, so the physiotherapist can keep correcting and adapting each person’s work.

Who it’s for: if a group motivates you but you still want real supervision.

Each session lasts 55 minutes. The timetable is organised according to demand and groups: check availability, prices and packages in our TRAININ booking app or message us on WhatsApp.

Cadillac Reformer

It is the basis of all our sessions. It combines the reformer, with its sliding carriage and springs, and the Cadillac frame, which adds bars, straps and new support points. The result is a very wide repertoire to work on strength, mobility and control in any position.

Chair and barrel

In individual sessions we add the chair and the barrel. The chair demands more control and stability; the barrel helps work on spinal mobility and supported stretching. They are very useful tools to fine-tune the work for each person.

How we get started

1. Getting to know you

Before we start, we talk with you about your history, your activity and what you want to achieve.

2. Choosing the format

We recommend the format that suits you best. If you are coming back from an injury, it may be better to start with individual sessions.

3. Progressing

We adjust the exercises as you gain control and strength, so you progress safely.
