General physiotherapy
It is the starting point for most people who come to see us. We treat common complaints such as back or neck pain, shoulder, knee or hip problems, stiffness, overload from work or posture, or the feeling that you can’t move like you used to.
Our goal is to understand why the problem appears, ease what is holding you back and give you tools so you can keep moving with confidence in your daily life.
Who is it for?
These are some of the most common reasons people come to see us. If yours isn’t listed, write to us and we’ll advise you.
- Back, neck or shoulder pain
- Knee, hip, ankle or wrist pain
- Stiffness or loss of mobility
- Overload from work, posture or sport
- Recovery after an injury or a period of inactivity
- People who want to move safely again
How we work
1. Assessment
We talk with you about what is happening, your history and what you want to achieve, and we carry out a physical assessment.
2. Tailored plan
We explain what we propose, why, and what you can expect, with realistic goals.
3. Follow-up
We review how you respond in each session and adjust the plan when needed.
Depending on each case, we combine techniques such as:
- Musculoskeletal ultrasound
- Myofascial techniques and manual therapy
- Structural and visceral osteopathy
- Dry needling
- Ultrasound-guided neuromodulation
- Electrical stimulation and biofeedback
- INDIBA radiofrequency
- Manual lymphatic drainage
- Therapeutic exercise
Who will see you
You will be seen by Javier Galindo, a physiotherapist specialising in sports, musculoskeletal and invasive physiotherapy, or by another physiotherapist on the team depending on your case.
